PLEASE NOTE: The FLAGS Shop is currently run by two Scouting volunteers who also have full-time jobs as well as Scouting commitments, therefore orders may not be processed and posted immediately and are subject to items being in stock which can take up to 6 weeks depending on the item. If you wish to query whether an item is in stock or get an update on the process of your order then please email firstname.lastname@example.org as we do not have the facility to provide order status updates automatically.
Please note that on checkout you'll need to select the appropriate shipping option - there are multiple options, UK Standard, UK Priority, Europe and International (Rest of the World) - you MUST select the right option otherwise we will have to cancel and refund your order and you will need to re-raise it.
Clothing is made to order and there is usually a delay of up to 4 weeks as orders are sent to our supplier monthly - if you need a clothing order more urgently please email email@example.com
IF PURCHASING FROM OUTSIDE THE EU: Please be aware that FLAGS does not pay any international import tax and this is the responsibility of the purchaser. Should a shipment be rejected by the recipient due to tax or duty being rejected FLAGS will not be responsible for payment of this unpaid tax. We may recoup this from the cost of the shipment or direct from the recipient. Please be sure you understand the cost of import tax for your country when placing the order.
