FLAGS is a National Scout Active Support unit within The Scout Association in the UK.
We actively support the recruitment and retention of LGBT adults to Scouting, and provide ongoing support for them within Scouting in the UK. This support also extends to those already in Scouting or those considering joining Scouting who are questioning their sexuality.
We have an open door and fully integrating policy. Anyone who supports our aims of making everybody welcome in Scouting is welcome to join, subject to the normal joining procedures of The Scout Association.
